Members get a rate that makes Tuesday night the right night. The bar opens late afternoon and stays open past dinner; weekends start with brunch service and run into the evening.


THE KITCHEN & CAFÉ
Designed by people who've run independent rooms in Chicago and New York. The menu is small on purpose — every dish earns its place. The coffee program is local, the espresso bar opens early, and the pancakes are real.
Snacks and shareables built for the courtyard or the lounge. Hand-pies, a perfect burger, a plate of charcuterie that arrives quickly and ends slowly.
A handful of plates that change with the season. A chef's counter for two if you ask for it. Reservations open to members 14 days ahead, public 7.
Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. The pancakes are real. The coffee is local. Your dog can come.
THE SUNDAY ROAST
Sunday is the day the room belongs to the membership. A rotating roast — the kind of long, slow meal you build the day around. Brunch service into early evening. Family-style if you want it.

PRIVATE DINING
A four-top for an anniversary. A twelve-top for the birthday no one wants to host at home. Both bookable through your membership, both with a private side patio for the dogs.
VISIT
The bar and kitchen are open to members and their guests. Reserve a Pack Day to come in for the first time — your day pass converts to your first month if you join within thirty days.
